On July 10, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new SHARE WELL R&D and production base project of Suzhou XIN WELL Mounting Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held. XINWELL Mounting Technology Industrial Park is located to the north of Jumin Road in Huangdai, east of Sutai Expressway (opposite Youcheng Mould), about 500 meters away from Suzhou MEAN WELL Smart Park. With a well-connected road network and surrounded by green water, the ecosystem and industry coexist in harmony.



The entire park adopts a modern minimalist industrial aesthetic design. It is planned to have a five-story glass curtain wall main building for R&D and office work, two four-story standard precision manufacturing plants, along with exclusive corporate image gates and landscape greenery. Distributed photovoltaic panels are installed on the rooftops of the park to create a low-carbon and zero-carbon demonstration factory with clean energy, achieving an integrated layout of production, research and development, office work and supporting facilities.
