On July 3, 2025, SHARE WELL Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Suzhou Zhixin Zhen Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Yangyu Plastic Products Co., Ltd. to jointly establish Suzhou XIN WELL SMD Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as XIN WELL SMD).
This project marks SHARE WELL Group's second high-end SMT manufacturing initiative in East China, following the successful operation of Suzhou SHARE WELL SMT in 2022. It signifies the large-scale implementation of the group's STANDARDIZATION, AUTOMATION, AND GLOBALIZATION strategy.

With 15 years of professional electronics manufacturing experience and a 3,000㎡ intelligent production base, the company specializes in power supply R&D and full-process PCBA manufacturing (SMT assembly, DIP insertion, testing, and assembly). It operates 4 Panasonic high-speed SMT lines (daily capacity: 3.2 million points) and 5 wave soldering lines, ensuring product stability through stringent quality control. With an annual output value exceeding RMB 80 million, the company has long served leading enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta, including MEAN WELL andDelta Electronics, upholding the service principles of "integrity, quality, and efficiency." Moving forward, it will leverage its SMT expertise to overcome technical challenges in high-precision assembly and micro-pitch component soldering.


Suzhou Yangyu Plastic Products Co., Ltd.
Founded in 2012, the company specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of plastic products, including components for lighting, automotive, new energy, and home appliances. As a leading plastic manufacturer in Suzhou, it is committed to driving industry innovation and upgrading. This collaboration will focus on lightweight material innovation, utilizing high-precision mold technology to reduce energy consumption and enhance product competitiveness.
