With the aim of collaborating with SDG Group for long-term development in China, Suzhou SHARE WELL tech. Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is based on production site. The major development programs include: green energy, auto & robotic, building automation, SMT & PCBA, transformer, logistic & inventory, EMC & safety lab, metal & plastic precision, and cable & wire.

In 2020, Jerry Lin, the founder of MEAN WELL Group, proposed the idea and plans of SDG Group.
In 2021, as the “SDG beginning year”, SDG Group established the SDG Group investment cooperation method and project management system, and completed 10 major development programs and built up a team.
In 2022, entering the “SDG take-off year”, 5 SHARE WELL branches settled in the new Suzhou intelligent Campus and started operation.
In 2023, the organizational structure of SHARE WELL and branches will be completed and continue to expand programs.
In 2027, our goal is to achieve a performance of RMB 2 billion and enter the public offering/listing counseling process.
