"I've always felt that I owe it to Guangzhou MEAN WELL's employees."

I still remembered that when I got to China, the original factory was set up on the roof of the office building of the Guangdong Provincial Computing Center, where we produced the first MEAN WELL power supply made in China 25 years ago. I was very persistent along the way, and fortunately met many MEAN WELL people to help me. Mr. Yin Xiaoming, Ms. Cai Manman, who has retired, and many, many MEAN WELL employees contributed to make MEAN WELL what it is today.

To express this gratitude, I came up with the idea of establishing SHARE WELL. I hope to establish a sustainable enterprise that "shares the resources and creates the future together", so that all colleagues who have made significant contributions to the group can participate in the company's development and share business results.

Guangzhou SHARE WELL Company was established in January 2018. There are three founding shareholders. One is Mr. Weng Guozhen, the first general manager of Guangzhou MEAN WELL, and the other two are Mr. Yin Xiaoming and Ms. Cai Manman; Suzhou SHARE WELL was invested and established by Guangzhou SHARE WELL, Guangzhou MEAN WELL, Suzhou MEAN WELL, and the two current vice presidents Ren Xiang and He Machao in March 2020. And Mr. Wang Feilong, the former general manager of Guangzhou MEAN WELL, served as the chairman of the board of supervisors. It is also the purpose of the establishment of SHARE WELL to truly implement the long-term career development of retired cadres and employees.

SHARE WELL= Share the resources, and create the future together.

1. Share the resources: We are willing to share a complete management system with our partners, and can provide services including personnel/finance/system, etc. We believe that sharing can play a synergy of 1+1>2.
2. Create the future together: At present, SHARE WELL is mainly developing in the 6+1 field. In the future, we will move towards the infinite possibilities of 6+1+N, and there will be more reliable partners to join us and create a better future.

Thanks again to the partners who participated in the establishment of SHARE WELL. We will continue to uphold the concept of "SHARE WELL" to build a happy enterprise with efficient team, sustainable operation and social friendliness. We also hope that more reliable partners will join in the future, so let us witness the growth of SHARE WELL together.
